Hayden

My handsome son Hayden...what can I say. I am so glad to be his mother. He is so thoughtful, caring and inquisitive. I have watched him grow up and change for the last 5 1/2 years and as I look back on those pictures, I can see that he has filled out and thinned, how his facial features have become more defined, how he has gotten taller and how his smile has warmed my heart. The only times I remember looking at Hayden and seeing a dramatic change is when he has had a major haircut. But on this trip, something else changed. As I watched him have fun in Disney, I also noticed on the ride home that his face had changed too. He is growing up so fast and it is amazing that I feel like I actually watched him grow before my very eyes. There was a time on the drive home where I could not stop staring at him because I was in awe of how I noticed his change. He of course got annoyed. I tried to take the last two pictures to try to capture this moment, but of course he had other thoughts.
