Hayden and His Art Projects

Hayden has always been very creative and artistic. He would love to draw and create over playing with his toys any day. 

Hayden drew this from memory. Captain Scrooge was on a show he saw a few times and he colored this while at Abby's dance class. 

Hayden likes to help around the house and usually he likes to help with the recycling. He does a great job loading up the blue bin except he always leaves a pile next to him of recycled good that he wants to make a project out of. He got the idea from the imagination station he has in his classroom where there are all sorts of "things" that they can use to create. So last night, Hayden got to work on his projects. Below is a sailboat. 

 This is what Hayden calls a ship but he is using it like a microscope. He put objects down the paper towel roll into the the box below and then looked at the objects through the paper towel roll at the top. 

 Here is a mummy all wrapped up. 

Hayden was up working until 10:40pm last night (way past his bed time). I told him he only had 5 minutes left to finish up before bed. I went upstairs to get my jammies on. But the time I got out of the bathroom 5 minutes later, he was passed out asleep in my bed. I guess he was exhausted from all of his creative ideas.
