Glue

Ok, here is the story...It was a quiet night at home and the kids were picking on each other a little bit all night. I got on the phone to call and fix our TV, Brendan was relaxing in the chair with the dogs when Hayden brought Brendan the glue bottle and asked if he could color. He was told it was not paint and he had to put it away. About 5 minutes later, it was really quiet and the kids were whispering and getting along and hiding out of sight in the kitchen. I asked Brendan to check on them because they were too quiet, but he was just enjoying the quiet. I walked over there to find that Hayden had unscrewed the glue, poared the glue into his snack cup. Abby was using the orange glue cover as a paint brush to apply the glue all over Hayden's hands. They were so proud of themselves for painting and really thought they were do nothing wrong and they were having a great time together. I am just glad I caught them when I did or it could of been a bigger mess.

Moral of the story...when the kids are too quiet, whispering and getting along...there is trouble brewing!
