We had a lot of free time on Easter Sunday in Idaho before we had to head to the airport. We decided to drive into the mountains to see what we could find.
We ended up in Victor Idaho (where my mom's high school best friend lives). It was a very small town but we found the best BBQ we have ever had. Just as we were getting ready to leave, I saw a Minnesota Vikings sticker on the wall. I asked the waitress who the Viking fan was and she said, "we are". We are from Mound, Minnesota (10 minutes from where I grew up). They just opened this place 6 months ago! What a small world. If you ever find yourself in Victor, Idaho, order the Brisket Sandwich!!!
Then we walked to the ice cream shop for a huckleberry shake!
Then back on the road for more site seeing. We made a few pit stops to enjoy the view.
Brendan wishes he had brough his fishing pole.
