Abby is 5 months old today! She continues to be a really happy baby, smiling all the time. She wants lots of attention. Abby is rolling over from her front to her back and back to her front. She is on the move. Abby also loves to kick her feet like a frog in the bath tub. Of course we could not escape the doctor, I took Abby in last week because she was showing signs of pink eye and we found out she also had a double ear infection. Here we go again. But we also have tough kids who do not show us any signs of ear infections. She was a trooper through it all!
This last week was a big day for me. I had been trying to find some time to study for my next social work license test. Well I was not able to study as much as I wanted so I planned last Wednesday to take off and cram all day for the test because I was scheduled to take the test first thing Thursday morning. Well Wednesday was the day Abby got pink eye and she had to stay home with me and go to the doctor. My great husband helped me study that night and then I was off to get some sleep. Thursday morning I woke up an LGSW and by Thursday late morning, I was an LCSW-C- I passed!
What a great feeling!
