On this Thanksgiving Holiday, we are thankful for so many things. Our family has so many blessings and we are just amazed by our wonderful growing family. We have wonderful kids and an wonderful exptended family that keeps growing.
This Thanksgiving, we decided not to travel to Minnesota for my fear of my new little baby girl catching some nasty airport virus. Instead we stayed home and had a quiet Thanksgiving. Unfortunately I could not avoid the virus. Hayden got the RSV virus. I guess in our best efforts to avoid the germs, they are everywhere. Hayden like always, has been a trooper. His fever has been as high as 104, he is very congested and goes between resting and bursts of energy. He has been getting nebulizer treatments mulitple times a day to get rid of this yucky thing. It is also difficult to keep the kids apart, but the doctor told us that Abby is still so small and if she catches it, she will automatically be hospitalized for 2 days minimum. I feel so bad telling Hayden that he cannot give his sister a kiss everytime he wants to.
Hayden doesn't seem to mind the treatments and has been a real trooper. He should be better in no time.
