At the last pediatrician appointment, they suggested I get a follow up eye exam. Today was the day and sure enough, Hayden needed glasses. He is far sighted and really has to strain to see things up close. It took a while to pick out glasses because Hayden did not any at first. He finally decided that he liked this pair! For the rest of the day, he carried his glasses case around taking his glasses on and off. It is hard to get him to where then for a while at a time. He is supposed to wear them a minimum of 2 hours a day but for all school, homework and close up things. He does not need them for sports. This will take some practice. It is hard to keep track of those glasses. We are constantly asking him where he left them already.
Then the kids played eye doctor for the rest of the day!
