1, 2, 3's

Last night, I was holding Hayden's hand as we walked down the stairs. Usually we say "down" as we step down each step. Tonight Hayden started counting his steps. In the past, he would could either count by saying 1, 2, 3 or 2, 5, 9. Tonight, all on his own, he counted 1-10 in the right order. We then went for a walk with the dogs and we had to test him to see if this was really true. He continued to alternate counting with us and counting on his own. We are SO pround of him!!
